Hey Brad, Those Molas are really something. I think the only fish slimier is a Roosterfish. I was yo-Yoing on kelp and foul hooked a mola in the 200# range and it almost spooled me. I just put 6# calicos on the menu, this is how it reads......

Pan Seared 6 Pound Macadamia Nut Crusted Calico Fillet
Peeky Toe Crab Risotto, Tatsoi Garlicky Spinach,
Pinapple~Papaya Salsa, Ginger~ Soy Beurre Blanc
