Wow! I've got to pay a visit down South... the fish that we're catching in the OC seems like baitfish compared to your catches.... Nice job!
For all those who are fortunate enough to be in the strike zone of the YTs, you may wish to try some Misoyaki Yellowtail. Good eats with rice and side dish (like Hawaiian style curry-seasoned macaroni and mayo) or even better as a fajitas or tacos... Just head over to a Mitsuwa or Marukai Japanese grocer and pick up a few bottles of : Marukome Miso Yaki Sauce... http://www.marukomeusa.com/recipes.html I am in no way associated with the product... just a fan of the marinade and sauces.
