the rancher I know in Paso Robles told me about a bill to rename the DFG, I cant remember the exact name but it something like California State Conservation Commision. Or something around that name... he is very active in keeping hunt rights open for all andis very concerned on the direction thr DFG is going, and when I told him about the MLPA he was upset on the closures.and could not beleive it. He had some choice words on the clousing of coastal waters.
