I recall listening to a radio talk show that was talking about some sort of revitilization project for the LA river, the guest mentioned some of the fish that have been pulled from that same area in the video. Apparently, the fishing is supposed to be very good and if I recall they also mentioned that some of the fish is actually safe to eat.
