thanks for putting on this trip. I had sworn off mothership trips after my first one 5 years ago on the a boat out of LA to Catalina. When I steped on the Islander my first thought was "damn, this is a nice sled". I can be very critical and somewhat picky, but I could not find anything, I mean NOT ONE Thing bad about this boat. Everything was done with the anglers comfort in mind. Hats off to the owners and crew of the ISLANDER

I've always had great success at SCI. Fishing it from the yak may limit your mobility, but the experience was worth the risk. The water is beauttful blue. The Calis rule the Island. Every point the we set the hook held fish.


Can't wait for the next trip.
