Call
Call them to see. They are starting to show up on Craigslist here. As well as the Tyrnos 8II two speed reel. Sellers are quoting the original Big 5 price and looking to make a nice profit over the clearance price. Capitalism is alive and well.

Yea that allways seams to happen. Ill just stop by my local big 5's and if they dont have any no big deal ill just save for avets. Lol i have a tyrnos 8II its a very nice reel only downside is it sounds like a winch. I proved deckhands wrong on a overnight trip for tuna with that reel, they said it was too small and woulnt work, pulled in 2nd biggest fish of the trip and the reel didnt even break a sweat lol

I have 2 of the 8II. One is still in the box. It is one noisy reel. Great reel for braid and shallow water rockfishing.
