driftwood Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: SAN DIEGO Posts: 1,086	I used to fish mexico a lot. Baha, san felipe, santo tomas. The mexicans love Newell reels. They are reliable work horses! The 338 is a real nice reel. The cal star pole alone is 190 dollars.
