Kayak scoops
Yes they do. In fact my buddy and I split a kayak scoop and found it was plenty of bait. Now I would go with 'dines over anchovies which will lead to not as many baits in you tank, so maybe a full kayak scoop of 'dines, or half of anchovy would be plenty.
I choose 'dines over anchovy for halibut. You may catch fewer fish, but usually bigger. That's just my preference. Janine
