The little part of the lagoon that the ymca is on is always a decent spot just be careful of the current when it gets srong.

Decent halibut come out of that lagoon.

I question the permits and the legality of the city of Carlsbad charging to use a public waterway. They also show preferential treatment to Carlsbad residents by charging less. I hope to hell the City of San Diego doesnt find out about it and start pulling that crap in Mission and San Diego bays...

I get off of work in O'side and head south on the 5 every day at 3pm, and for the past week I've been seeing 1-2 Hobie PA's fishing the lagoon. Just want to let know whomever you are that you are making me feel guilty for wanting to get home and not joining you...

Skunked the last 30 times out. Boats and jetskiers are a pain.
