Decent halibut come out of that lagoon.
I question the permits and the legality of the city of Carlsbad charging to use a public waterway. They also show preferential treatment to Carlsbad residents by charging less. I hope to hell the City of San Diego doesnt find out about it and start pulling that crap in Mission and San Diego bays... I get off of work in O'side and head south on the 5 every day at 3pm, and for the past week I've been seeing 1-2 Hobie PA's fishing the lagoon. Just want to let know whomever you are that you are making me feel guilty for wanting to get home and not joining you... ![]() Last edited by Baja_Traveler; 05-23-2013 at 06:15 AM. |
