Didn't know gringos liked guitarfish so much....   Sheeit...! a lot of guys won't even eat sandbass... Or drink coke like buskid....

There is NO size limit to shovelnose guitarfish.
Leopard shark has to be 36", but not SGF. I have heard that the meat parallel to the back bone make a great ceviche. |

shovel nose is good to eat AND...
the shovel nose shout can be made into a nice pair of flip flops if it is dried properly....

People have reported even bat rays are fantastic eating when you punch little scallops out of the wings with a cookie cutter
