For those who are coming as volunteers not as participants who have confirmed with us, right now we probably need kayaks more than we actually need bodies so if you have extra boats please bring them if you are attending.
Also if you are coming and have not been included in a head count by matt or i pease let us know. This organization needs to have total control over numbers especially with volunteers due to liability, insurance and permits. We do appreciate the willingness to help however it is really important to understand that this is not a thrown together event and we do operate under rules and governing from National and permits with DFW as a 501(c)(3). |

Since I don't want to make matters confusing.. If it is ok I will be making a donation of baits for the event for you guys to pass out and use that as my contribution. Sounds like you have more volunteers than you need.
