We've done it on my buddy's boat whil salmon fishing. It wasn't even the water. We had it in the air. Even a bigger black and white flag works. Lol they ain't that smart but they do catch on

no they really are smart the bastards. They were talking about having an open season up in The Klamath area for the natives and reservations. Wonder if they ever did that. Is live to shoot one.

I'm not even sure orca are around here. I wouldn't try it in the bays. Now that would be funny!
