I went to west marine and inquired about the dragonfly. They laughed and said that chirp technology starts at a couple grand if it is indeed chirp technology. I walked out with an HDS-5. Haven't looked back.

Seriously? You need a fish finder on a kayak? If you know your way around the water you should not need such a "cheat"



The whole point of fishing from a kayak is to go simple.




Fish finders on a yak! What is next electric pumps for a bait tank or underwater video cameras?
