Not exactly my cup of tea (or cafe), but everyone can appreciate fine craftsmanship, especially if you have the skills to fabricate your own parts.

Yeah, I hear fabrication is not his only skill set; no fricken wonder his phone rings off the hook. Just don't take you girl to his shop and allow Jim to answer his calls with the speaker phone on.
