100+ LJ trips under my belt in two years and I have never once seen a turtle. I am truely jealous and envy you. The would wipe the frown off my face from 100 skunks if I got to see one. Stoked for ya!
Awesome sunset photo too. Maybe you'll have part in the Jackson cover photo two months in a row! Once in front of the camera, and once behind!

Awesome pictures. I especially love that sunset one. That should be a magazine cover. I have caught a Mako Shark and had a Gray Whale take my mackerel and give me a sleigh ride but I have yet to see a Turtle out at La Jolla. Maybe on one of my next trips. Thanks for sharing.

Nice photos. Do you use a waterproof case with the Nikon or just stash it in a dry bag?
