Help Wanted

My son is graduating college and already has a job line up, so I am looking for a couple seasonal and 1 permanent full time position. Primarily rental duties, lots of lifting. All day out in the sun and everything gets put away at the end of the day, Most weekends in the Summer that is 40 kayaks and 70 SUP.

I have hired a few kayak fisherman's kids. Ben (Ron's kid) is still with me shown below giving some paddle board instructions. The permanent position will include kayak rigging/repairs and sales with commission + hourly. If interested stop by and grab an application.

If you crop out the left-half of that picture, you might get far more applications.

What an awesome job that would be. I'd trade my desk job in a heartbeat! Wife would kill me though...

I'd take the cut in pay to spend time on the water everyday....but I'm married so it's not up to me.

$9 an hour is tough to feed a family on, but a kid making a few hundred a week is a KING! The sales will rely a lot on the commission aspect, so again not ideal as a family feeder, although selling a Pro Angler nets you almost $150 in commission on top of an hourly rate

Soooo... you're going to pay someone $9.00 per hour to hang out with girls in bikinis, fish if there's no-one around, and hang out in an OEX all day? I don't see the downside to this proposition...

Hmm, work for one day, get paid, plus get an employee discount, plus get a $150 commission for selling yourself a PA...that sounds like a great deal

I have received really good leads, I have several already set up for trial dates this weekend and next. Always happy to help out fellow kayak fisherman's kids!

I have been to Andy's shop a couple of times.

The photo above does not accurately represent the normal working conditions.

Usually the work conditions are much, much MUCH more pleasant!

I convinced my buddy Jeff (sucker) into buying a outback or PA12 from andy pretty soon.... So If he buys it, can I get $150 commission?
