I can get loaded and on the road in less than 30 minutes because I put in about an hour or more into cleaning and organizing everything after each trip. Once I park the truck I can typically have the kayak on it's way to the beach in around 20 minutes, the same with breaking everything down. I also organize tackle boxes, tie rigs, and perform general fishing maintenance during the evenings throughout the week as needed which saves time when it comes to getting on the water.
