Nice pair Chuck. How is the seat on the new ride? Specifically, how is the stability now that you are bit higher up on the kayak? I'm looking at upgrading.
Same here. I had irons that missed me by about 30 feet when I was bent. |

Hope all is well bro and the kids are being too tough on ya. As for the seat it is amazing! First you are dry all day, super comfy (I use the high front setting and one notch down in the back to create kind of a lounge chair effect), plenty of adjustment options. Stability is fantastic (even with 5 hoop nets), I don't even notice a difference in stability yet I get a better, dry and more cushy view. Also you can store stuff under the seat, I was thinking next time maybe trying to stuff my fish under there. I would upgrade for sure, its a no brainer ![]() |

HECK YEAH
![]() ![]() That's one heck of a haul, 2 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have heard of a theory about the color discrepancy in the meat of your fish, one might be migratory and the other a "Homeguard" strain. This is the difference I have personally observed between naturally raised salmonid(?) species (trout, salmon & steelhead) and "stocked fish". FFY ![]() |
