That's the one I had. Toro 50 NaCl. Constant problems with going into freespool and not going back into gear. I would have to smack the side of the reel to get it back. Two other people I know had the exact same problem. This was after servicing a couple times mind you. And after some big fish my reel was VERY rough internally. Switched to a lexa 300 and liked it so much I also have a 400 now which is one of my favorite reels.

That surprises me about the Abu Garcia Toro Nacl. I have a Lexa 300 and it is a nice reel but not the smoothest one I have used. My search continues for another lefty baitcaster. Haven't tried the Avets yet and may give them a try.
