Fish up wind, come home down wind. Get an umbrella. Contact Parrotfish Paul
that is what he does when he fishes Gonzaga with us. Not a great sail but it usually is good enough to get him home.

Just used my sail for the first time in LJ last Tuesday after a long day. My legs were toast. Despite the lack of wind, It definitely gave my legs a small break on my way back to the launch. I think I'm liking it.

It's YOUR money, Less than $ 25 vs ...........................if it is cheap, works for you and makes your days on the water easier why not. Just don't get one in pink unless you want some of these guys to copy you.

There is a technical answer, but the gist of it is...it is not directly upwind.
