Anyone fishing LJ 2/17? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

All those people out there and no reports? Nice to meet you cbadmike. I was out there in the green pescador (tarpon) when you were sitting on a bait ball that didn't want to cooperate. Met another member (tony?) but can't remember bwe name. Beautiful day but no fish for me. Didn't meter any schools, just single yellows cruising around. Still pretty awesome day for February.

Fishing was slow all day. I however did hook one around 3:30 but after a ten minute fight he kelped me, but I got him out of the kelp only to have him spit the hook 40 feet from my yak.
