Good job keeping an eye out dude. I've seen more than a few people have close calls with flipping because of an anchor tied to their side handle instead of the front or rear of the yak.

Nicely done! It doesn't take much swell at all for someone who is already wet, cold and tired to get seriously injured on a breakwater jetty.

This. I use a kelp hook on a shuttle and its still freaky when close enough to shore to be affected by swell.
