The Orangemouth Corvinas are found demersal over sandy bottoms in estuaries, open bays, and coastal waters at depths up to 165 feet. They reach a maximum length of 90 cm (35 inches) and weight of 24 kg (54 pounds). They feed on small fish and shrimp. They are found in all Mexican waters of the Pacific except north of Guerrero Negro along the northern coast of Baja and south of Acapulco on the mainland.

A 35in 50# fish is freakin obese.
