Good place for halibut would be Cabrillo. Just look up Cabrillo pier/aquarium and follow directions. Fish the harbor with live bait you get from the receiver. Slow troll along the edge of the breakwall, kelp area, or the eel grass near the boat launch.
That should produce something for you. |

Ill give that a shot, i plan to go out of belmont and paddle to the oil islands for some butt's early this week, ill let you guys know how that goes.
