Yes I've got a revo 13. I hooked up my charged 6v and it seems to be circulating water fine. I'll try to get some pics up soon of how far my tube sticks out from the kayak to see if that is the problem.

I see you are in Cypress. If you don't have the equipment to test your battery then bring it into JK electronics in Westminster. They should be able to test it for you. It is also a great resource for switches, wiring, shrink tubing, etc. Very knowledgable good people.
