Just an easy tip, expect those filets to go bad pretty quick if you seal with the skin on, take it off before you seal and pat off with a paper towel. Congrats on the fish.

We did a few with skin on to go on the BBQ in the next few days. The rest is all skin off. Thanks

Every once in a while, a thread shows up and it's like a bunch of turd rollers each grabbing onto the unsuspecting Octopus' arms...arms, not tentacles...National Geographic Channel- 5-20-15. I'm currently researching this crab/lobster naming thing. But I digress...these turd rollers each begin spinning to break off their piece until the BWE police arrive...Adi shows up at some point and puts us all in our place or closes the thread. Ummm...Adi?
