Mix Ancho Chili powder, pepper and salt together
Coat the fish with olive oil
Roll it in the spices
Bbq'd ~3 min per side
Serve with mango salsa
Money!

Go to fishermansbelly.com Plenty of recipes for yellowtail by a fisherman from this site. Can't go wrong, I've tried almost all of them and they are outstanding. I would go for the fishcakes using the yellowtail. I've tried it and everybody wanted more, lots more!

I went to fishermans belly and totally overlooked the ling recipe. Thanks to all. Great Recipes for sure .
