new to kayaking - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

NJV05, I've had several different types of kayaks on top of my car. The Mini -X is the only one that made noise. More like a howl than a whistle, (Woooooooooo). The first time I heard it I thought there was something wrong with my car.....
