add the egg yolk/buttermilk/butter mixture to the pre-mixed flour. Use a rubber spatula and fold the mixture with no more than 10-12 foldings. (the more you mix the tougher the pancakes will be). Don't worry about the dry lumps, they will work themselves in during the cooking on the griddle. Throw some fresh or dried blue berries on each pancake. Pour about ½ cup of batter per pancake and flip when you see the first bubbles appear on the edges of the pancake.
Ross has a griddle there and warm it up for about 6 minutes at medium temperature (about 250 degrees). He has a infra-red thermometer there.
The dried blueberries come from Trader Joes.
I am sure Ross would also appreciate a couple of rib-eye steaks. He has not had those since he moved into the house.
