After having a chat with Makobob......count me in.

I do, however, need someone to carpool with. We can split gas in my F250 but I would prefer to chip in on gas with someone that has a vehicle that is more fuel efficient.

Not sure if 4Runner has a better gas millage. My concern is room for the second kayak. If someone else can bring your kayak, then we can car pool in mine.

if you guys have never met Hashem, you should! He's a great guy and used to show me around SoCal whenever I was down there. If I could find the time off work I'd drive all the way down from Norcal to make this trip.

Hashem is a Cowboys fan though, so there's at least one knock against him
