4x4 for a multitude of reasons. In the off season, you can cruise and camp in Anza-Borrego, Ocotillo Wells, Death Valley, Saline Valley, etc...
Snow boarding on Mammoth mountain. And you'll never get stuck in LJ. Of course, you'll have to eat a bit on the gallon per miles. My old Ranger was a 4x2. When I replaced it with a 4x4 Ranger, it opened up a lot of off road opportunities. |
