Anyone hear the recent news about this?
It turns out that the HH was actually hooked when it bit the kayaker. I love it when the stories change.

It looks like this guy has way more experience with sharks than most people. After handling dozens, or perhaps hundreds of sharks without a major incident, I can see how someone could easily lose a bit of the fear that most people have. I wouldn't call him an idiot, but I think perhaps he just got too comfortable with them.
