This might not have the foot print you want for parking, but you can fold it up and chain it to your hitch with a lock so it doesn't get swiped. Then you can hook it all up again and away you go. I'm sure it has a better foot print for the garage than anything else. Cheap price and taking the guess work of building one might make it worth it. Maybe if you have the means or skills you can butcher it down and make it narrower.
