Tony and Jorge, I plan on bringing 200+ taquito's by Makobob, along with a gallon of mild red salsa, a gallon of SPICY red salsa, a half gallon of SPICY green JALAPINO salsa a half gallon of tomatillo salsa and a gallon of guacamole. I am not very good at rice and beans so maybe someone else can provide those. I will roll the taquitos ahead of time so they can just be grilled or fried on site, quick, easy and fresh. Salsa's and guacamole are all hand made. No bottled stuff here. ZED mine are better.

Yes bob that will be great! I do have a suggestion though...Since our trip is weather dependent, I wouldn't get it all ready now unless you can freeze those bad boys. I prayed for good weather so we should be fine!!!

Here's my new selfie just for you. As the fish broker down at the docks says just before he hands me cold hard cash..."ahh...fresh, very fresh!" Jim

I also had quite a bit of trouble breathing...didn't really know what was going on and since I was by myself...went in. On the way home, my breathing returned to normal. I realized my air passage cleared as my Juevos dropped back down into their normal position, lol. Jim

I have these curing in the back of my fridge.
Let me know if I should bring them to the camp out or hand them out as Christmas presents... |
