Dana Point Species Id, Bluestriped chub

Handymansd Ancient Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: On The Water Posts: 935	about 2 weeks ago I caught a small perch like fish similar to that by the LJ pier while making bait. It had reddish brown stripes down the length of its body and was 3-4" in length. Somebody saw it and said that they catch them in baja all the time.... a good omen for the fishing year here?
