Frank, with all due respect are you for real? You flipped inside the harbor about 1.5 miles from the launch, you had to get rescued and had to get your kayak towed back and now you want to fish 8 miles out?

I'm asking these questions as an individual and not as JORLUIVIL.

Sometimes you have to know when enough is enough and ask yourself if the risk is worth the reward.
