I put those on a 1/2oz red jighead when they were thick a long time ago (pre 2004 bc I was on my kobra) and had a blast catching many species off reef point in Crystal Cove. Majority were sheep but sargo and yfc and perches and basses and smalibuts all ate them. I let current sweep them around rocks boilers and deeper reefs. I didnt have enough of them though and they got destroyed so the action stopped w a long paddle back uphill to Newport. Bring them all if you fish them. Sometimes fish are just keyed on the crab and only the crab.

They Catch Fish
Quote:
I found them to be somewhat soft compared to say, big hammers. They get tore-up as a result of softness but still as durable as Gulp or better. Most importantly, they do work. One AA here: ![]() Last edited by iethinker; 06-23-2016 at 10:17 PM. Reason: typo |
