I was there early; filled out the comment sheet. I tried to slip in the phrase "non-motorized fishing parks" as much as I could. Protect the environment while granting the public access to what are ultimately THEIR fisheries (if they are willing to paddle a bit
 ). I'm hoping it will catch on, but I just renewed my Mex insurance in any event.
