It was between the parking lot(boats n kayaks) and the condo 70-80' of water, closer to the kelp line. Bait was tough to find that day, people were still trying to make bait with very little success from what I saw as I paddled in. I stopped to talk with another yaker who only had 3 Spaniards, I offered him the rest of mine but he was very hesitant until he saw the yellowtail. Told him it was cought on a spanish and the general area away from the crowd, changed his mind real quick. Fish was cought on 30 flouro and a 2/0 circle hook, hope this helps and good luck!
