Are the HOW events purely kayak angling/H&L fishing? Or is kayak spearfishing also a promoted & welcomed aspect...? I am prior mil & would love to help connect Vets with the beauty of kayak fishin/spearfishin. My knowledge/experience is mainly freediving/spearfishing, hence the above questions... Thanks all!

If you really want to do mexico, I can help. Gonzaga or San Quintin, Gonzaga would be cheaper. A 4 day weekend gives 2 1/2 days fishing.
