La Jolla Swimmer - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

For some reason, this post has been nagging in the back of my mind since it started. I checked every day for a week, and News 8 was the only news that covered it. That in itself was kind of "fishy", but there was never a follow-up, and there was a noticeable lack of details. Seems like the story was more about the rescue device than the person rescued. I don't consider myself a conspiracy theorist, but with all of the biased news out there, I wonder what the real story is. We all questioned how could the guy get separated from his yak. Why was he wearing a dry suit? Why did no other news agency pick up on it or follow up? Where are the Snowdens of yesteryear? I will leave you to think about it....
On another note, I will be glad when the groundfish opens back up and the big fish bite picks up so I won't have time to think about these things.
