With Torrey Pines Outer buoy pushing 10 ft. in swell height, the La Jolla kayak launch is like 1 foot on the live camera. Amazing.
All of the storm energy is from the S / SE, with wind at 25 gusting to 35+. http://www.iwindsurf.com/windandwher...220&siteID=227
