I could be wrong on the number but once you have about 20 post you'll have access to the Casual Encounters section in the General Discussion. You should be able to find a partner in that forum.

when I was a boss I gave my employees what I called Mental Health Days, they could use a sick day just to go relax and do something fun, clear their minds, improve their attitudes.It seemed to help them not abuse the sick leave that way.
