The posted signage says no parking 2am-4am, do they usually make an exception for the tournament day?

Nice! I'll come down Friday evening to check out the scene and maybe enjoy a frosty ice cold mineral water
 I'm launching at 4 am for halibut div.... so I'll try not to wake you bass guys up
