I should have, going to work would have been much more interesting.
My dad had a multi-million dollar view corner office up at the old Southwest Fisheries building - the one that was falling off the cliff and was torn down. I spent my whole childhood in the basement there looking in fish tanks. He went on to start a lab in Panama for the IATTC studying larval tuna, I got to spend a summer visiting him there. What a blast fishing for Humbolt squid while he night lighted larval tuna for study...
