Great report!
This has me inspired to check out Dana again soon. Last time I went out, I paddled 1/2 a mile up past the red buoy... I think the kelp was laying down, as I didn't see a single frond. When it's up, is the kelp usually in that area along the breakwall, or do you have to go further north? |
