Yesterday's Hot Dog
Why would yesterday's hot dog not be room temperature, unless it's stored in the refrigerator or freezer? My beer is colder than yesterday's hot dog. I looked for alternative meanings in Urban Dictionary and searched for quotes or use in other blogs, but to no avail. Is yesterday's hot dog colder than a witches tit in a brass bra in December? *headscratch

If you don’t get it, and really have to know....
Catching fish: HOT
Not catching fish: COLD When your a fisherman you can go on hot streaks and cold streaks. So when your hot and catching fish, you are today’s “hotdogâ€. When you not, and not catching fish...your yesterdays hotdog, and there’s nothing colder meaning, you are on a cold streak, and can’t get bit to save your life.

I knew there was an important reason for this thread. The only dumb questions are those that are never asked.
I lean toward Mitchell's more esoteric search for meaning in life, but since ful-rac is the one who penned his byline, I now understand his definition as well. ^upvote on the mustard Thank you. My angst has been calmed and I now feel replete. I am ready to move forward and conquer the challenges of tomorrow. Perhaps as early as later today. ![]() The face of confidence and determination Fish. Catch. Eat.

If you call someone a hotdog....
I thought it meant show off, but it means a daredevil or risk taker...the term came from Germany grinding up chucks of meat into sausage, they thought they were grinding up dogs at first.
