just go to right of the pier and pass the jetty. |

I was out on Friday... but i used a validation sticker i had from last year....
 the hand launch is open... makes launching a breeze.... Also had my GPS stopped working in the middle of the FOG. Had to use my compass to navigate back in... after i was done fishing...
