Yeah, a one sided free standing rack is what I was thinking. Done right I think it could look really nice and it would fit the motif of the back area.
The location is tucked away, and the only way someone would see it is if they were snooping behind the building. It does happen, so my thought would be to integrate a locking feature into it.
