Off the top of my head, I would go to some Asian markets or bait shops, and snap pictures with my iPhone of the names of importers/distributors printed on the packages.
Find one that's local then contact them directly for a wholesale bulk purchase.

BONUS ANSWER at no additional charge: Then spread the word that you can offer frozen squid to friends and fishermen, 10-20-50 lbs at a time, cheaper than anyone. Offer a list of fixed prices with discounts for larger volumes. Remove the name of the source from your own packaging.
